A group of American medics and dozens of refugees are held captive after a Janjaweed war band takes control of their camp in Darfur. With the president's hands bound by political red tape, Mack Bolan launches a rescue mission using his own team of mercenaries.

But there is more to the terrorists than guns and violence. With the Sudanese government's support, the Janjaweed group has become an unyielding force in the region. As the enemy troops close in, Bolan soon realizes he could be leading his men into a death mission. But there's no turning back. Without him, the captives have no chance of survival-and the Executioner will not let them down.

A deadly auction is about to take place as two scientists put their prototype for harnessing cold fusion on the market. Scheduled to be sold to the highest bidder in a secret Syrian location, the knowledge of how to harness cold fusion would give great and dangerous nuclear power to its owner. As Mack Bolan races to intercept the exchange, he discovers he's not the only one intent on crashing the bidding party. A group of Russians have hijacked the proceedings and disappeared with the scientists.

The Russians expect an even higher price for the brains behind the scientific breakthrough, and Bolan must track the ex-KGB kidnappers across the desert from Syria to Libya and stop them from trading their human merchandise. Access to technology is low, so the Executioner will have to resort to WWII desert warfare strategies to put these Russians out of business-permanently.

Death floods the streets of Florida as rival gangs kill for blood rights to the distribution of a new synthetic drug, Crocodil. The Russian substitute for heroin, it's the ultimate prize in the drug turf wars-a cheap high that brings even cheaper death. As rival Mexican and Salvadoran cartels shoot it out for kingpin status, Mack Bolan joins the war. Unleashing incendiary hell on gang territory in Miami, he blasts his way through a pipeline that leads south to Guatemala, where a corrupt Swiss pharmaceutical company has set up manufacturing. Allied with a couple of locals equally dedicated to stopping this lethal fix before it hits Main Street, U.S.A., Bolan faces an army of hard-core mercenaries and miles of cartel blood lust.
